We have a 30 day inspection period on all used items. You must contact us within 30 days of the time of delivery, if the item that you received does not meet your cosmetic expectations. No returns on special ordered items. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied in all other instances. Any returns must be in original condition and must be accompanied by original receipt.
